Process for RCM Reinstatement

If an RCM has lapsed for one year:

• Payment of current year’s dues
• Currently employed full-time as a Condominium Manager, holding a valid General Licence issued by CMRAO
• Sponsorship by two RCM members

If an RCM has been lapsed for more than one and up to three years:

• Currently employed full-time as a Condominium Manager, holding a valid General Licence issued by CMRAO
• Sponsorship by two RCM members
• Payment of current year’s dues plus 1 year

If an RCM has been lapsed for more than three years:

• Currently employed full-time as a Condominium Manager, holding a valid General Licence issued by CMRAO
• Sponsorship by two RCM members
• Payment of current year’s dues plus 2 years
