Extension for all Transitional General Licensees to Complete the Education and Exam Requirements to Apply for a General Licence
The Government of Ontario made a regulatory amendment under the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015 to extend the time that all Transitional General Licensees have to complete the education and exam requirements to apply for a General Licence by approximately one year, from June 30, 2021 to May 31, 2022.
