We are pleased to advise that as part of the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023, legislative amendments were made to the Condominium Act, 1998 to generally eliminate barriers or hurdles which preclude or make it burdensome for condominium corporations to implement certain virtual processes.
